​Before submitting your abstract, please carefully read the submission instructions below!

Notification of Acceptance

Note that the first/submitting author will receive all correspondence concerning the abstract and is responsible for informing the other authors of the status of the abstract and will automatically be listed as the presenting author.
Make sure to use an email address that is working and is checked regularly. -
Accepted abstracts will be presented as posters.

Some selected abstracts will be presented orally in plenary sessions.

By submitting an abstract, you are not automatically registered for the conference! Make sure to complete your registration (and payment) on time to benefit from the reduced registration fees.

Authors will be notified on acceptance and allocation per email by end of January 2025.

Presentations of abstracts
The submission of an abstract constitutes a formal commitment by the presenting author to present the abstract (if accepted) orally or as a poster in the session and the time assigned by the ITOC11 Programme Committee.

Publication of abstracts
Accepted abstracts will be published as a supplement to the "Journal for ImmunoTherapy of Cancer".

Poster Awards
All presenters of accepted poster presentations are automatically entered in the competition of the ITOC11 Poster Awards.
The winners will be announced in the final session of the ITOC11 conference.

How to apply for inclusion of your abstract in the Young Researcher Session:
All young scientists submitting for oral presentations are encouraged to apply by ticking the corresponding box in the “Topic Step” during submission.
The applicant must be first author (i.e. presenting author) of an abstract submitted for spoken presentation and should not have more than five years of postdoctoral experience (<35 years) and cannot be an established Principal Investigator (P.I.). Predoctoral students are also welcome to apply.
Please make sure to upload your short CV in the dedicated step during abstract submission. Failure to submit your CV means that your abstract cannot be considered for this session.
The best scored abstracts, which could not be selected for oral presentation will automatically compete for the ITOC11 Poster Awards.
